Why choose Malta Property Finders?

Moving to Malta is an exciting decision, but knowing where to start can be a challenge. Finding the right property, understanding the different areas and choosing the right estate agent all take time.

Malta Property Finders helps you make those connections. We are independent property finders, not estate agents, so we can introduce you to an established local agent whose knowledge and expertise best match your plans, preferences and budget.

Tell us a little about what you are looking for, where you would like to live, your preferred timeframe and your budget. We’ll draw on our knowledge of the islands to offer initial guidance and, with your permission, introduce you directly to a suitable agent who can guide you through the property search and next steps.

No cost to you

Our partner agents pay us a commission if an introduction results in a completed sale or rental. There is no additional charge to you, and we are transparent about how our service works.

A genuine connection to the islands

Although now based in the UK, we visit Malta regularly and have a long-standing connection with the Maltese Islands. Having lived there for many years over several decades, we have built lasting friendships and professional relationships that continue to inform our work today.

We combine that first-hand experience with an established network of local property professionals to help you find the right people to speak to.

At your pace

Moving abroad is a big decision, and there is no need to rush. You might want to rent before buying, arrange a visit to explore different areas or simply ask a few questions before taking things further.

We are happy to help you make a start, with no pressure and no obligation.

Wherever you are

We work with people considering a move to Malta from the UK, Europe, Canada, Australia, the United States and beyond. Wherever you are in the world, we’ll do our best to work around your time zone and help you take the next step with confidence.
